Jesus said to Nicodemus: “No one has gone up to heaven except the one who has come down from heaven, the Son of Man. And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.”
Gospel's Commentary
Today we see Nicodemus talking with Jesus again. A “high-level” conversation. And what are they talking about at such a high level? That Jesus has descended from heaven to climb the Cross. That is amazing, unimaginable!
-Maybe you think that, after all, it is not a big deal... But it actually is the other way round: there is a lot to consider! Your eternal life is at stake, no more and no less.
