Today we live in the "high speed" era, we are riding in a permanent “race car speeding”. That has its risks: not everyone is trained for it. We run so much that we don’t even know where we are going. That's why some people fail and get exhausted and/or depressed.
«Martha, Martha, you worry and are troubled about many things, whereas only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the better part... ». What is your choice? Do you also have a "race car"?
