The Lord said to her in reply, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing."
Gospel's Commentary
Today we see Martha -St. Martha- running. And we run more and more! We run so much, so much, that we no longer know where we are running to. Speeding has always been dangerous (crashes, exhaustion, depressions, disappointments ...). Calm down, a little calm!
- "But few things are needed, or indeed only one": the prayer. "Mary has chosen what is better": Jesus. And best of all: "It will not be taken away from her."
