Raising his eyes toward his disciples Jesus said: “Blessed are you who are poor, for the Kingdom of God is yours."
Gospel's Commentary
Today we attend the "Sermon on the Mount." Jesus gives us courage: He always remains on our side, especially in difficulties (poverty, sadness, incomprehension ...). In fact, it is a danger to have airs and graces in life: sated, laughing, praised by others ... -Jesus is realistic (there are difficulties!) And, at the same time, optimistic (He accompanies me). Walking with God, our walk is joyful, even if we find pain as a traveling companion.
