To listen to God, one must do it with the mindset of children

To listen to God, one must do it with the mindset of children
Saturday of the Nineteenth Week in Ordinary Time
Gospel text
Mt 19:13-15
Children were brought to Jesus that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked them, but Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Gospel's Commentary
Today Jesus shows his special love for children. They are "poor" of age, of experience; of knowledge ... Therefore, we must attend to them with a particular kind of love. In fact, we must all become as children when in the presence of God. But as soon as we get a “little older”, nobody can tell us anything because we do not listen to anyone. "Before God, how can we not listen to Him?" The most genuine thing about Christianity is precisely to hear the voice of God.
