The Pharisees ask Jesus for a sign from heaven to test him

Today we witness more arguments. Jesus does not want to argue: rather, it is we who argue with God. Yet again we see how the Pharisees tempt Jesus: they ask him to perform miracles. However, when they have seen the miracles of the young Master they say He is possessed by the Evil one… they are truly hard to understand these Pharisees! -They are insistent, this lot! Is perhaps this the way we are supposed to treat God our Lord? Who is the God: He, the One and only, or are we? Because at times, it seems that we look down at God as if He were a “cute wizard”.
