Gospel text
Mt 9:32-38
A demoniac who could not speak was brought to Jesus, and when the demon was driven out the mute man spoke. The crowds were amazed and said, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel.”
Gospel's Commentary
Today we see Jesus in full activity. Not even the demons can stop Him: He just casts them out. Christ wants to reach us all and do well to all of us. He spares no effort: "He went through all the towns and villages." For God there is no population or person without importance. - Perhaps your heart is a ”village". It does not matter! Jesus wants to dwell there too. But He needs you to open the doors for Him. Is that so? Yes, because God can only be restrained by your freedom.
