Gospel's Commentary
Today Jesus has not slept: He spent the whole night praying! For the Apostles whom He was going to choose a few hours later; for all Christians… and for us, who entered the Church twenty centuries later.
—We are the continuers of those first Apostles! That is why Christ also prayed for us.
