Jesus speaks to the disciples about the bread of eternal life

Today the people are looking for Jesus. Just before, the Lord fed all of them: with a few loaves and some fish, He has satisfied the hunger of many thousands of men, women and children. All are seeking Him! But now Jesus Christ is speaking to them about “the bread of eternal life”. What is this bread? Jesus was referring to the Eucharist and the Holy Communion… —But, above all, what feeds us, what really makes us grow, is to love and to obey God.
