Today we live in the "high speed" era, we are riding in a permanent “speed car racing”. That has its risks: not everyone is trained for it. We run so much that we don’t even know where are we going. That's why some people fail and gets exhausted and/or depressed. «Martha, Martha, you worry and are troubled about many things, whereas only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the better part... ».
