Mt 25:31-46
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit upon his glorious throne, and all the nations will be assembled before him."
Gospel's Commentary
Today we listen to the story of the “final Judgment”. A good topic for Lent! Judgment? The end? Yes! At the end of our lives each one of us will see how he has put his life to good –or bad- use. No escape! We are not robots or little creatures without a conscience: we are free beings; free to love. -How do we go on to love? Jesus summarizes His answer in the Works of Mercy: “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty…” God feels (or suffers) our love (or lack of it) for our brothers and sisters.
