The Last Supper: "Whoever sees me sees the Father"

The Last Supper: "Whoever sees me sees the Father"
Saturday of the Fourth Week of Easter
Gospel text
Jn 14:7-14
"I am in the Father and the Father is in me."
Gospel's Commentary
Today, Jesus is saying goodbye to the Apostles. He tells them openly that He is God: “Who has seen me, has seen my father.” Jesus of Nazareth is God! and with Him we enter into a familiar life of the Holy Trinity: the life of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. - Jesus tells us: “Believe me. At least believe me for my deeds.” Jesus has done big things that no one has done before: most important is His resurrection. Jesus, I trust You!
