Jesus to the Jews: "Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life"

Today people reject Jesus because they don’t understand His words: “Whoever eats my Flesh and drinks my Blood has eternal life.” They don’t understand and they abandon Him! This is a strange attitude: shortly before, Christ had multiplied a thousands-fold of some loaves and fish. This was a miracle that they accepted without understanding and without complaining. Even more, they wanted to make Him king… But now they turn away from Jesus Christ! —It is important to understand God; but it is essential to accept Him. Jesus knows how to do things: thanks to the Eucharist we can eat in a discreet way His Flesh and drink His Blood.
